Geocache Description:

This road was just recently reopened and is a beautiful scenic drive to the cache. 

Open dusk to dawn, this park has something for everyone. The road to access this cache was just recently reopened and is a beautiful drive on a nice summer day. While walking on lunch break I stumbled upon this old abandoned staircase and have always wondered where it used to lead to. This hidden mystery is just one of many in Richmond. You are looking for a well camouflaged plastic peanut jar.
