The is a boat only geocache located on the Ebenezer Creek. The cache was placed from a kayak.
Ebenezer Creek is a blackwater tributary of the lower Savannah River. It boasts a rich history cast within a distinctly rare natural environment. Along the creek you can see ancient dwarf cypress and tupelo forests drowned in small shallow lakes that provide shelter to a wide variety of bird and animal species. The creek has been designated as a Georgia scenic river and is a National Natural Landmark.
As always, please be cautious of unpleasant creatures while caching and remember to poke before you reach into any hidden area and follow all laws and safety regulations while on the water.
