Geocache Description:

The cache is located at S 32° 22.HSU E 116° 00.NSS

The key to the the coordinates can be obtained by completing the Serpentine Gnomes series ... or maybe you can work it out without the key.

There are two groups of caches in the series that can be accessed from the Parking Waypoint:
1. GC4FX18, GC4FX4Z, GC4FX6N
NB: It is best to return to the track after each cache.

2. GC4FX6A, GC4FMVT
NB: There is a bit of a hike for these 2 ... and potentially a creek crossing.

It is best to return almost to the Parking Waypoint after doing the first group rather than attempting to go directly between GC4FX6N and GC4FMVT.

There are also some other accessible caches in this area.

The Gnome Hunters

This series pays tribute to cachers who have completed the Serpentine Gnomes series and celebrates some of the great logs written by said Gnome Hunters.

jasenjanine

jasenjanine on Serpentine Gnomes 6: "we spotted a couple of people walking on the dirt road below us, which had us thinking ... why on Gods green earth would you come walking through these parts without so much as a treasure to find " and on The Guardian Gnome: " ... some of the cutest wee gnomes we have laid our eyes upon ...".

Some other cachers noticed that road and thought it would be an easy way out ... it wasn't, but their logs were entertaining. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks the gnomes are cute.
