This cache not only honors "Bud" Kinsman, it replaces one of my favorite caches now disabled.

Old town Dock was closed in 2008 and after a 2.3 million dollar renovation was reopened 5/15/13.
One of the interesting new features is the artwork by Chandler O'Leary, "Droplets" is a scavenger hunt of 24 vignettes, (small tile artpieces) highlighting the history, importance and beauty of this location. Can you find them all?
The dock is open during daylight hours and because of it's busy location, please be aware of muggles and excercise stealth.
