At the first stage located at the posted coordinates, you will find two plaques including the original dedication plaque and a second plaque to commemorate the site of the former water purification plant from 1960 - 1999
Take note of the first year listed on the original plaque, (the one on the left). Take the first year listed on the 5th line of the plaque. Take the last two numbers in the year, add one to this number and add this two digit number to the posted coordinates to get the new north coordinate.
Next count the number of letters in the 6th row of the plaque on the right (the one that starts " This is to commemorate...") and add this two digit number to the posted west coordinate. You now have the location for the final container.
