Broken Lizard Traditional Cache

This is should be an easy cache but might take you a min or two figure it out. We are asking that you be as stealth as possible because there are grounds keepers from time to time also, because of traffic might want to do later in the afternoon or night. Well hope you enjoy this one and good luck.
