Geocache Description:

Our first Cache, placed at a pond near to our home, where the "Turkey Bird" lives!

Situated close to the pond at Lakewood. On this pond the Turkey Bird lives, so called as not so long ago one of our friends tried to convince us she had seen a turkey on this pond! Try and spot it as you grab this cache.

the turkey bird now has a mate so there are two, and we have found out they are actually muscovy ducks (from south america originally)

Container is a disguised small clip lock box, with room for small trackables and swaps, please bring your own pen.

The edge of the pond is open near the cache so plese take care with small children.

Parking is freely available on the roads around here enabling a cache and dash
