"Woodridge is a hidden gem of a neighborhood nestled off of the 405 freeway. What you seek can be found near the pool which shares the same name as the neighborhood. During the summer there can be muggle traffic but it is mainly focused away from the ground zero area.
You may want to skip this one on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in June and July when the pool hosts swim meets, and the area can be choked with cars and Muggles. To be sure you may wish to Google the swim club's homepage to learn the specific dates."
