One Eyed Jack Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Vicmorda: Looks like this place is becoming too popular. Squatters setting up so time for the one-eyed jack to move on. I'm sure sooner or later he will surface again.

Geocache Description:

BYOP - bison tube attached to a guardian.
This cache has a 'rite in rain' log if you find it damp just dry it with a cloth.
Please remember that bison tubes need only be tightened until they are snug
if they are tightened right up hard it will compromise the o-ring and cause them to leak. Thanks

One Eyed Jack

Jack of Hearts or of Spades each have but one eye
When the dealer sees either he’s liable to cry
You take your bearing and go make your try
And I hope that your plans don’t just go awry.

Your foot is on the path, your GPS is in hand
Jack is out there where the forest did stand
If he’s not found at first then your search expand
You can search by the river but he’s up on dry land.

Read the whole poem, there’s a clue to construe
If you search every hide hole you may pull off a coup
Hunt where you like and search till you’re through
If you get stuck perhaps your geo-sense can help you.

Way down by the Oyster you wander alone
If there’s no service there’s no-one to phone
Out in the slash where the grapple has flown
Out in the huckles is where Jack has been sown.
