Geocache Description:

You remember the '80's don't you?  The Cosby Show began in '84, The  Simpsons began in '87, Pac-Man became a craze in '81, and MTV (when it showed ONLY music videos) began in 1981.  Seinfeld, Nintendo's Gameboy, Sony's Walkman, the PC, Macs, the first CD, and many other things can be attributed to the '80's. 

Well, pull out your parachute pants, stick a cassette tape of Micheal Jackson's Thriller into your Walkman and head out into the park...


This cache is placed in a Greene County Park with permission from Cris Barnett, the chief naturalist for the parks. All park rules apply and more information about the park can be found here. Also, because it is in a Greene County Park, the permit runs out December 31, 2013. I'm hoping to renew the permit at the end of the year.
