The Wedding Present - Häälodju Letterbox Hybrid

Soon you will hear jolly chanting (...Did you see me on the forest road, I am Metsämörri. All the day long the nature provides such a great joy for me...) and then a shadow casts onto the sun.

The shadow belongs to Metsämörri who has arrived to take you on a journey with him...

While the birds are singing, the sun tickles the tip of your nose, Lake Kanttorijärvi glimmers in front of you and your beloved spouse breaths lightly next to you, you get up and decide with a curios mind to go with Metsämörri.

Metsämörri guides you to a journey to the woods. When looking from the fireplace towards the Lake you see Metsämörri running to the path on the left and you deside to follow him.

Next to the path on the right side there is a pine tree and on the left side a rock with a crooked pine tree behind it.

You decide to follow Metsämörri and proceed down the path on the right.

Down below you can feel the scent of wild rosemaries and you notice the path continuing, surrounded by wild rosemary.

The path separates out but joins back together again. There is a rock on your left side.

As you traverse the path, you will see an old tall juniper next to the path on the right side.

You carry on along that path, up a small hill. On the right side of the path you see a dead standing rampike tree and behind you is the Lake Kanttorinjärvi.

The path takes you up on the rock where you can see a beautiful scenery and the lake from a different perspective. If you look carefully enough from the top, you might notice two pines nearby the edge which could be named for example Anni and Antti.

Return to the path you wandered off from!

In front of the path you see the rocky road continuing. Do not go that far and do not take a step down! On the right side you see a small spruce.

Now there is rock in front of you, the lake is glimmering at your right and some woods stand on your left and a path behind you goes back down. When looking around, do you see a pine with two large branches which has a rampike behind it? Almost as if you saw a glimpse of Metsämörri's green coat over there...

Go to the rampike to see if you will find Metsämörri.

No, -you can not see him-, but behind the dead tree, you can spot another two branched pine... might be that Metsämörri is there in-stead... You carry on towards that two branched tree.

There is an ants' nest in front of you, hidden by the spruces. Go that way!

Walk up the hill where you see a cluster (6pcs) of birch trees by the hillside.

The cluster of birch remains on your left side as you get upwards. Now theres about 20 adult steps from the birches to the letterbox.

Aim towards the rock. If you get on top of the rock you have gone too far! On the left you will see two pines close to each other. Behind them is a tree of spruce kind with a treasure to find!

Maybe even Metsämörri can be found singing on the treetop or maybe he just wanted to show your the wedding present.,.

...and then vanished into the depths of the woods for new adventures.

Pian kuulette iloista laulelua (…Näitkö minut metsätiellä,olen metsämörri. Päivät pitkät luonto tarjoaa paljon mukavaa…) ja auringon eteen piirtyy varjo.

Varjo kuuluu Metsämörrille, joka on tullut hakemaa teitä retkelle kanssaan.. lintujen lauleskellessa, auringon kutittaessa nenänpäätän-ne,

Kanttorinjärven kimmeltäessa edessänne ja Rakkaan Aviopuolisonne tuhisevan vieressänne <3 nousette ja päätätte lähteä uteliain mielin Metsämörrin matkaan..

Metsämörri ohjaa teitä.. Ihailette hetken Laavulta Kanttorinjärveä ja näette vasemmalle lähtevän polun,jonne metsämörri vilahtaa juoksu-jalkain.

Polun vieressä oikealla puolella mänty ja vasemmalla puolella kivi jonka takana näkyy mutkainen mänty.

Päätätte lähteä metsämörrin perään katsomaan mitä löytyy kun jatkatte matkaanne alas oikealle.

Alhaalla tuoksuu suopursut ja huomaatte polun jatkuvan suopursujen ympäröimänä.

Polku haarautuu mutta liittyy taas yhteen. Vasemmalle puolellenne jäävät kalliot.

Polkua eteenpäin kulkiessanne näette vanhan korkean katajan oikealla polun vieressä.

Jatkatte kuitenkin matkaa eteenpäin pitkin polkua,ylös pientä mäkeä jonka oikealla puolella näkyy kelo ja takana näkyy kanttorinjärvi.

Polku vie teidän ylös kalliolle josta näkyy hienot maisemat ja Kanttorinjärvikin eri perspektiivistä.

(Jos tarkkaan katsot kallion päällä saatat huomata kallion reunassa lähekkäin olevat 2 mäntyä,jotka voisivat olla vaikka Anni ja Antti :) ).

Palaa takaisin polulle josta poikkesit!

Kallion päälle vievän polun edessä näkyy lisää kalliota (Älä menen kuitenkaan sinne asti, äläkä siis astu kallioista askelmaa alas!) ja oikealla puolella näet pienen kuusen.

Katsoessanne kallion päältä polulla seistessänne (edessä siis kalliota, oikealla puolella kiiltelee kanttorinjärvi ja vasemmalla metsikköä, takana polku joka laskeutuu kalliolta alas).

katsokaa vasemmalle, näettekö kaksihaaraisen männyn jonka takana näkyy kelottunut mänty? Ihan kuin metsämörrin vihreä nuttu olisi sinne vilahtanut…

Kun löydätte sen, menkää kelottuneen männyn luokse kurkkaamaan näättekö metsämörriä?

Ei näy metsämörriä mutta Kelottuneen männyn takana näkyy kaksihaarainen mänty… ehkä metsämörri onkin siellä..jatkatte matkaanne kaksihaaraisen männyn luokse.

Nyt pitäisi näkyä muurahaispesä edessänne kuusten syleilyssä. Sinne siis!

Nouskaa kumpareelle päin,jossa näette rykelmän (6kpl.) koivuja mäessä.

Koivurykelmä jää noustessasi vasemmalle puolellesi. (Koivurykelmältä on noin 20 askelmaa lodjupaikalle).

Jatkakaa matkaa kalliolle päin (jos olette kallion päällä olette menneet liian pitkälle!) vasemmalla näette kaksi mäntyä lähekkäin,

jonka takana näkyy kuusi,jossa saattaa olla LÖYTÖ UUSI! Ehkä Metsämörrikin löytyy kuusen latvasta lauleskelemasta ;) tai sitten se vain halusi ohjata teidän Häälodjullenne

ja katosi metsän uumeniin uusiin seikkailuihin…
