New Dog Prohibition signs from Auckland Regional Council spotted in the area.
Out for a stroll with friends knocking off some tracks and looking for the best bog spots to get the boots in to. Needless to say not to impressed with this path but now the pack was lighter minus lunch, at least there was a handy spot to ditch a spare cache too;-)
We regarded the terrain as real easy compared to what we like, but mindful that many cachers do not agree we have lifted the rating (trampers in boots should find it easy)
We strongly recommend you are well prepared for the changeable conditions in the NZ outdoors including hiking boots, water, food, and clothing. The Cache is camoed and within easy reach, please take care to replace it as found with out disturbing the natural camo. Saw a Kaka not far from here wow...
