The Pink Herring

The cache USED to be at the posted coords- but it has gone missing!

It seems one of the Red Herrings made a new friend. The Red Herring hid a new cache & told his friend about it. Well, in no time at all, not only was the cache missing, but also the coords and a vital part of the coords. So, your mission is to track down the coordinate information, the missing information, the cache location, and finally the cache itself. Are you better than Inspector Clouseau? But be forewarned- look what happened to the Red (?) Herring:
