Geocache Description:

This cache is close to the Amaravati Buddhist Monastery. The original buildings were built by the Canadian Air Force prior to World War II before the site became a residential school. The monastery opened in 1985 after the English Sangha Trust purchased the land from Buckinghamshire County Council and in 1999 the purpose built temple was officially opened by Princess Galyani Vadhana, sister of the King of Thailand.

There is enough room inside this cache for small swaps and trackables. The terrain is unsuitable for wheelchair users, but children should not find it difficult, though there is a bit of a hill if approaching from the south. Please make sure that the cache container is securely closed when replacing it.

When placed this cache contained:
some small items of swag
the All In One Geocoin 2007 [TB284MK]
the Geotees Brittany boxing greats Trackable [TB5C77F]
a log book and pen

Congratulations to Smokeypugs for a very swift FTF.
