The mountain Siderontas (1177m) is located south of the village Akoumia. You can go there easily by car driving up a dirt road. The road is in good condition (13/7/2013) so it is not necessary to use a 4WD. The last meters up to the cache can be reached only by walking.
On top there is a wind farm. So please keep in mind that it is recommended to go there only at days when there is not too much wind (we had probably 6 Beaufort, which was quite enough to be blown away).
When there is clear weather the view over the island and the libyan sea is amazing!
The cache box itself is a small container. Please keep in mind that there is no climbing necessary to find the cache! Please hide the box well again when you leave the location.
