We decided to place this cache at the fairgrounds because this is a landmark of Franklin County. There used to be a cache here some time ago, which is no longer active. Cache is a small black painted tupperware container. Cache can be gathered without entering onto the fairgrounds. Please do not go through the gate (unless of course you are attending an event!). It is private property and maintenance staff do not want any tresspassers.
