A great explore on the west side of Kerrera. This is the first cache on the island and will reward you with some stunning views of the surrounding islands.
Take the ferry across the Sound of Kerrera from Gallanach, just outside Oban. You will be transported into a different world!!! The island of Kerrera is a fantastic place to explore. With no proper roads on the island and only 35 people living on the island, it is like stepping back in time. With this being the first cache on the island we chose this location because it has awesome views across to Lismore. The cache is in a small plastic box about 15cm long. This is the first cache we have ever placed! We hope you enjoy searching for the cache just as much as we did placing it!
