On your way past, depending on the time, you will be able to make this a real park and grab, at least for your passenger.
Other wise you may have to make a short walk as this area is usually parked out for workers in town.

Hidden on the water side of the road, you will be able to find this easily is you know what you are looking for, as I have a couple more of these around the place.

Please replace as found and make sure that it is hidden properly.
