The cache is a disquised water bottle.
Log and geocache note included, bring a pen with you.
Some fee needs to be paid in the entrance, but telling them you're heading to the yacht club might be able to circumvent this.
If you still have to pay...well, don't just go in and out merely for the cache, enjoy the place! ^_^
