We wanted to have this pool party and invite all the people we have met (or have yet to meet) in the geocaching world. If you want to jump in the pool and swim/cool off, Awesome! If you just want to sit around and chat a bit, that's cool too. Stay for a little while or the whole time. Bring your swimming attire and towel. This is a "close-by" and easy event for your "31 days of Geocaching" in August souvenir. We will have basic refreshments, nothing major. When you arrive, just come though the side yard to the pool in the back. Please check "Will Attend" so we will know how many to expect. This event will be rain or shine! We just won't be in the pool if it rains. There is also a nice park behind us, if the kids want to check that out too. Really close to I <3 birds (GC388C9) cache too~ Knobbie and Noodles will be hanging out poolside. Amanda might even make an appearance!
Also: I am flying out the next day to cache in the Great NorthWest and to attend the Geocaching Block Party in Seattle. I will also be caching in Montana, Idaho, Oregon, B.C. and Alaska! If you have a couple of travel bugs that want to make the journey or some that need to be dropped off that way, please bring them to the pool party and I will do our best to make it happen. (There is a weight limit in our carry-on!)
