When I was a kid, I had one of those old View-Master toys with the round discs of pictures. One of them was scenes from Mammoth Cave. When we stumbled upon this location, I was reminded of this picture from my old View-Master.
We decided to try out a different kind of container (big surpise, right?). Seemed fitting for this spot.
This cache is placed on public property with permission from the City Manager. Feel free to disregard the "Private Property" sign that you see as you make your way to the parking coordinates. It is out of date, and the land is now owned by the city.
