This series of caches is being placed in honor of my wife, McCallBennett, for her 40th birthday. The locations of the caches are significant to one or both of us and relate to our relationship from meeting to over eight years of marriage. Happy birthday, Babe!
She found God here.
I grew up going to church, but had not been going since I moved to L.A. McCall expressed an interest in spirituality, but was nervous about how she would be received at a church (smoking, drinking, tattooed chick that she was...uh, is).
Celebrating 'Disorganized Community', more than any 'Organized Religion’, a "church" called Mosaic was suggested to us. A good fit indeed, because, as McCall puts it, “They cater to the [un-believing] freaks of Los Angeles.” We started going together and really enjoyed it. Over the years, Mosaic has existed on multiple campuses in several venues around the greater Los Angeles area. This sub-series of caches highlights the different locations where we have attended church through Mosaic.
The cache is a small screw top bottle, camoed and magnetized.
Congrats to Me&Geppetto for FTF!
