Private Straminsky would have loved this mess! As you go in the east entrance of the hospital it opens up into the new cafeteria that any M*A*S*H 4077 personnel would have happily dined in without complaints and therefore sparing the poor private lots of grief and abuse.
The cache is attached to its location so simply hold the top part and pull the bottom part out. You will need to bring your own pen but then if you are like us you carry one to all geocaches just in case.
