ROBIOUS- Chesterfield County “The Series”
The ROBIOUS community has approximately 4,574 single-famly and 1,910 multi-family units that houses its approximately 16,800 residents. The borders for the ROBIOUS community include the James River which separates the community from Henrico County to the north, the SALISBURY and MIDLOTHIAN communities to the west, the upper east border is Richmond City, the lower east border is the BONAIR community and ROBIOUS ends at Midlothian Tnpk to the south. Roxshire, Settlers Landing, Greenfield, and Reeds Landing are some of the elaborate subdivisions within the ROBIOUS community. The historic Bellgrade House, Trabeau Tavern and Bellona Aresenal & Foundry are some of the notable sites to visit. Chesterfield Towne Center, Huguenot Village Shopping Center and the Shoppes at Bellgrade are here for all your shopping needs. The ROBIOUS community has three county parks Huguenot Park, Greenfield and Robious Athletic Complexes within its boundaries. The ROBIOUS community has a higher than average emergency call rate for police, fire and EMS. It also has a higher traffic crash rate than the county average.
**Cache is a black micro so BYOP. You should be able to drive fairly close if not right up to GZ. Its in a tree but you wont have to step far off the paved parking lot, its right there facing the lot so should be a EZ P&G. Use your best geostealth in this high muggle area.
