DRS4: down low, too slow Traditional Cache

Walking along the path here you will have the old tip on your right – lots of rabbits living here now, and fields and a few trees on the left. In the spring the small holes in many of the less healthy trees are used as impromptu nests by lazier birds. The 4^th cache is around here somewhere

If you’ve never visited the village before you probably could now do a whole day’s caching and get a couple of dozen done. If I can, I will get round to linking them up one day. This series is close to Dale Road and should take no more than 2 hours even allowing for caching time and children. There are two sections on Dale Road itself, and whilst it is generally a very quiet road, it is busy at school-run times of the day so keep small ones on a lead. I would be inclined to park up in the village somewhere (being respectful to locals please – few of us have the luxury of off-road parking), and head up towards the playground, promising children some time on the swings after they complete the series! I hope you enjoy them all. The caches themselves are a mixture of micros, some regular caches and hopefully at least one or two that will challenge you.
