Easy standard hide , with parking across the street. It does have a write in the rain log , which must be signed for the smiley.
Lots of muggles here at times so don't get it muggled. What it does have is a reel nice view of the city and the river. Bring your camera. There is a small flower garden at ground zero kinda of over grown . The cache isn't in the garden.
