One of the current mavericks of world art is Banksy. Still to be unmasked, but he has a massive cult following worldwide. The sides of buildings seems to be his favoured canvas, and recently there was a wall in London that was dismantled, taken to the USA and was about to be sold at auction until the ownership rights were disputed.
The artwork depicted is entitled 'Swinger', and can be found in New Orleans, dating from the Hurricane Katrina times in 2008.
And now for the cache. This is a 30ml camouflaged tube, and if you are looking to do the bonus cache it might be worth taking note of the number written twice in red at the top of the log.
The area this cache is in a popular area of the Fisherman's Path, and for safety sake it is not on the side of the river. At the time of placing the cache my GPS was accurate to within 19 feet.
