This puzzle is a game called "Hip Hop Artist or Looney Tunes Character". The coordinates for the cache are 39 AB.CDE, 96 AB.CDE.

To determine the exact coordinates you must identify if each listed name is a Hip Hop Artist or a Looney Tunes Character. If the name is that of a Looney Tunes character it counts towards the North coordinates. If the name is a Hip Hop Artist it counts towards the West coordinates. So for example if Jay-Z were listed that would add 1 to the count for the West coordinates, Bugs Bunny would add 1 to the North coordinates.
