Back by popular demand! This series is a sequel and similar in nature to our Whodunit series. This time you are seeking the name of the victim, his/her apparel design, the shoe style worn, and what object carried. With most, stealth and bug spray are a must. All are only a few feet away from parking and require little or no bushwhacking. Please be patient with the coordinates; the caches were hidden during rainy season and coords may need to be updated.
This series is a follow-up, though entirely independent of, our other series, Whodunit. There are 10 caches altogether. When you find Cache #1, you will retrieve your game card (please take only one and leave the rest for others) which will match up the characteristics with the play pieces involved, and ultimately with the coordinates you need to find the final cache. In #2-9 (which can be solved independently and in any order), you will be seeking clues as to who the victim is, what design of apparel the victim was wearing, the shoe style of the victim, and what the victim was carrying at the time of the attack. Like the game of Clue, you are trying to eliminate items to narrow it down to the ones you want. Unlike Clue, you will not be seeking names, weapons, or places themselves, but characteristics, which will in turn help you eliminate unused features. In each of these, you will learn what the victim, design, style, and item is NOT and therefore be able to make certain determinations. When you have completed all of the first nine and figured out the puzzle, you will be able to find the final cache. Find the clue on the top of the log when you find each cache #2-9. Then anything with that characteristic is not involved. For example, if one of the victim characteristics was “smart,” and you found a cache saying the suspect was “not smart,” then you could cross off each person with that characteristic next to his/her name, because they are not involved. You need two characteristics per item (a total of 8 characteristics) in order to eliminate all unused features. When you have finished the first nine, you will be left with the victim, apparel design, shoe style, and item carried. Use the numbers next to these items to plug in to find the final cache. Remember, anything with the characteristic listed on the cache log is NOT INVOLVED, and you will cross them off. The only difference between solving this series and our Whodunit Series is that this time, you need to add numbers together to solve the final, as seen on that cache page (GC4GK5Z).
This is the first in a series of 10. Find this cache to get your game sheet and start solving! This is a camo coffee jug containing WhoBeenBumped detective game sheets and a log book.
