Gifted to the residents of Hastings in 1901 by the Williams family, Cornwall Park now contains over 400 mature trees set within formal English landscaping.
Every visit to the park is different with features to attract people of all ages: the Osmanthus Garden, bird aviary, duck pond, children’s playground, John Holt Memorial Display House and the Heritage Rose Garden.
During summer families lay out picnics and relax over the weekend while watching cricket at the park.
No trip to this park is complete with a visit to this great avairy located with the park. With many native and imported bird to look at, dont forget to say hello to the Sulphur Crested Cuckatoos, they love to talk!
