This cache is accessible via a small country road that passes under one of the highways near Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Visitors to the cache do not need to enter the highway to access the area. Traffic at the cache site is low and it can be reached on foot, with a car and/or scooter.
Do not try to find this cache by traveling on the main highway. Take rice paddy roads instead. Once you get near the site, there are public stairs that lead the way :) You might need a small stick to reach the container.
