Buscas un nano en este antiguo puente.
Suspendido sobre un río o sobre un abismo, un puente es el elemento que vincula dos orillas, que une dos extremos. Siendo uno de los sitios más míticos, está presente en las leyendas celtas, los relatos artúricos y en las tradiciones folclóricas emparentadas con ellos, y suele reemplazar la figura del "Barquero", aquel que traslada las almas hacia el otro lado... La Vía Láctea y el Arco Iris fueron considerados como "Puentes" entre los ámbitos de la existencia.
Como símbolo que une dos aspectos diferentes del ser, es la posibilidad de avanzar hacia un estado diferente de conciencia.
Es el nexo, la única posibilidad de acceso y recorrido, y como tal, se transforma en un obstáculo, una traba a superar.
Si bien se lo puede recorrer en ambas direcciones, solo se lo puede cruzar hacia adelante (hacia el otro lado), sin retroceder, ni mirar atrás, ya que el hacerlo constituye un peligro.
Siempre existe cierto riesgo en el paso de un estado a otro y no todos lo logran; incluso muy pocos lo hacen sin ayuda y por sus propios medios : caballeros, iniciados, héroes.
En la Antigüedad, el acto de "tender un puente" era tan importante que se requería de un ser excepcional : el "Pontifex" (en latín "constructor de puentes"/sacerdote), quién es el que establece la conexión con la "otra orilla", conduce a las almas errantes en su búsqueda de la Eternidad y a los hombres (mediante precisos y secretos "ritos de paso") hacia el otro lado.

Suspended above a river or over a chasm, a bridge is the element that links both sides, connecting two ends. Being one of the most legendary, is present in the Celtic legends, Arthurian tales and folk traditions related to them, and often replaced the figure of "Barquero" the one that moves the soul to the other side ... The Milky Way and the Rainbow were considered as "bridges" between the realms of existence.
As a symbol that unites two different aspects of being, is the possibility of moving to a different state of consciousness.
It is the nexus, the only way to access and travel, and as such, becomes an obstacle, an obstacle to overcome.
While it can go in both directions, it can cross only forward (to the other side), without backing, not looking back, as doing so constitutes a danger.
There is always some risk in the transition from one state to another and not all do, even very few do not help and on their own: knights, initiates heroes.
In antiquity, the act of "bridge" was so important that it required an exceptional: the "Pontifex" (Latin for "bridge builder" / priest), who is it that makes the connection to the "other bank ", leads souls wandering in search of Eternity and men (through accurate and secrets" rites of passage ") to the other side.
