Geocache Description:

A cache placed near to Stoke railway station.

Named after the North Staffordshire Railway known as the Knotty.Stoke as not had a sidetracked cache for some time.Put this cache out in memory of my great grandad George Higginson who worked for the Knotty L.M.S and B.R.He died in 1974 age 90.This place can get busy at times this is why 2.5 difficulty in term time with kids from 6 form and university.
