We have often wondered about this guardian of Governor’s Park, who appears to be a cowboy pushing a wheelbarrow. Perhaps he landscaped the park during the early, wild days of Bellefonte, when bandits and wild animals abounded?? Whoever he was, he is the guardian of our cache now. Please treat him with respect.
This cache is located inside Governor’s Park. The Park is open from 7AM to 9 PM from May 15th to September 30th and from 7AM to 7 PM from October 1st to May 14th. The gate at the entrance is only open from May 15th to September 30th - off season you will have to park nearby and walk in. Please BYOP, tweezers might be helpful as well.
