This puzzle is a game called "Canadian or Californian". The coordinates for the cache are North AB CD.EFG, West AB CD.EFG.

To determine the exact coordinates you must identify if each listed name is from Canada or from California. If the name is someone from Canada they count towards the North coordinates. If the name is someone from California they count towards the West coordinates. So for example, there are 12 names on team 'A', 3 of them are Canadian, 9 Californian.
