La Tour des Juges, installée en bordure de l’Allier, a été construite en 1962-1963. Elle a été rénovée en 2010 pour une inauguration le 23 avril afin d’accueillir les championnats du monde de course en ligne de canoë-kayak qui se sont déroulés du 7 au 9 mai 2010, le but étant « de rendre la ville plus compétitive pour accueillir des manifestations nationales et internationales ». S’étendant sur 625 m², ce bâtiment est entièrement accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (un parking de 35 places dont 5 pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, ainsi qu’une rampe d’accès), répond aux normes environnementales, d’incendie et de secours.
Tower of Judges installed along the Allier, was built in 1962-1963. It was renovated in 2010 for the inauguration on April 23 to host the World Championships Sprint canoeing which took place from 7 to 9 May 2010, the goal is "to make the city more competitive host national and international events”. Stretching over 625 m², the building is fully accessible to disabled people (35 parking spaces including 5 for the disabled, as well as a ramp), meets environmental standards, fire and rescue
