From the location of this cache, you can see many of the attributes of 66th Street. This part of 66th Street is in Edina, one of the many suburbs along the 494 Interstate. To the East is Richfield and then the MSP airport.
The muggle coeficient may be high during the week days, but not so on weekends or evenings.
