Geocache Description:

The Central Oregon Coast is home to Yachats, Gem of the Oregon Coast with great walking, hiking, biking, scenic, and historical sites. Filling in a passport with 20 passwords from 26 possible caches will earn you the Yachats Geocoin , a beautiful coin designed by ThunderingRocks.

Ok now that you know I am a Beaver (Class of 65) and not a Duck, let's look at what kind of trophy is used for whoever wins one of the "Civil Wars". It is a platypus, which as all of you know, has webbed feet with a tail like a beaver and a bill like a duck. Good choice don't you think!

So what happed to the beaver in the picture? According to beaver lore he either went looking for moving water or decided to do a guest shot on Grimm!

If you are trying to complete the Scenic Yachats tour to earn the Yachats Geocoin make sure you record the password on this inside cover of the cache. The Passport can be viewed and printed at goyachats.com/Geocaching. See GC4FTEN for details.

You are looking for a 50 cal ammo can. Due to the heavy tree cover the cords are a little iffy so use the hint and your geosense as bushwacking is required.
