The phobia theme has its roots in our own home lives. We have a 7 year old son who is Autisic. With the autism spectrum, anxieties are a common theme. These anxieties, if left unchecked, can turn into full blown phobias. A phobia can be defined as the irrational fear of something or someone. Case in point is our son, who, when he was younger, developed a fear of....leaves known as phyllophobia. This fear got so bad that we had a difficult time getting him out of the house in the autumn season. This phobia turned out to be mild compared to what others experience. It had gotten better over the years to the point that now he has little aversion to the colorful foliage that most of us find so beautiful. So we present the first of the phobia caches, coimeterophobia. Happy Hunting!
