We have a shiny new supermarket in Wells.
More expensive then most but they do have some very nice big green vertical signs with their name on...
Your looking for an Orange top at ground level (Really small)
This cache is hidden at the location of our nice new supermarket in our lovely city of Wells
Its taken a long time for permission to be gotten from the council and even then there were many petitions trying to prevent the new store and its (very helpful and much needed) double decker car park.
This particular supermarket chain is know for being a little bit more pricey then most but they do have a great selection of products of which many you couldn't get here before.
The cache is a fairly easy find. Just look for the biggest signs with the supermarket's name on for people to identify the shop easily from the road. There are a few of these signs so check your gps to get the right one on your first attempt.
It is right near to a busy footpath, busy road junction and a new busy supermarket so early morning or in the evening is the best time to hit it.
If its during the day time then take a seat on the low wooden fence/barrier and wait for a good time.
I have had to replace the original cache which was a tin that could hold small items as it was stolen.
The new cache is a 3 inch tube pushed into the ground by the sign so you will need to tie your shoes or drop something. Please put it back as you found it and try to disguise without making it impossible to find for others, I placed a piece of brick over it.
There are several other caches very near by and a large number of them in the Wells area so its a good idea to make a day of it and see how many you can find!
This is a small Cache. It is hard to spot. You will need a pencil/pen.
Stealth and speed will be needed to avoid detection during busy times. Scope it out before you go for it.
YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN PEN/PENCIL!!!

***ADDED NOTE***
CCTV - The cache is in view of the nearby camera which monitors the top deck of the carpark and the entrance and exits. Its a little daunting but it being so close is actually a bonus as it puts it right where the camera has a blind spot (Tried and Tested!)
PARKING & SHOPPING (or not)
If you are only going there to retrieve the cache then you dont need a ticket, just pull in and you can park almost next to the cache and sign and be away in a few mins (you are allowed 10 mins for drop off/collection of people from/to the shop.
The store is a little odd that it shuts at 9pm and it costs £1.10 for parking (dont worry no barriers. Its a pay and display system).
HOWEVER, if you spend more than £5 in store (which is pretty easy) then just present the smaller half of the parking ticket you get from a machine and they will deduct the £1.10 from your shopping or you can get it back in cash from Customer services.
