While traveling and searching for geocaches along Historic Route 66 in southern Missouri during the past 4th of July weekend, I came across a cache with a similar name, theme, log, etc. Thought it would be a good addition to the Kansas collection of geocaches.
DO NOT attempt this cache from I-70, if you do, you may have a bad day. Cache is located on an Outer Road south of Exit 298. The outer road is well maintained gravel and leads to a closed down land fill. DO NOT cross any fences or enter any farmland. DO NOT enter closed landfill. It has been said via previous log entries that local law enforcement WILL come to visit you if they notice you parked by GZ - standard procedure.
There are numerous tall, evergreen-type objects in the area that may/may not affect GPS or other electronic device readings - you have been warned. Safe enough parking in general area of GZ.
Hope you all have fun with this cache. Should only have to go about midway down that sort-of steep embankment and watch out for some thorny plants and barb wire in immediate vicinity of cache location - sorry about that!! If you run into a barb-wire fence, well lets just say you are very CLOSE to the cache container!!

UPDATE: July 01, 2019 - Paid a maintenance visit here and replaced missing container; updated coordinates; updated page write-up; and adjusted the D/T ratings just a tad bit due to other unforeseen obstacles in the area.
