We were introduced to "Yuma Micro" caches when venturing to Yuma in February 2013 for the Yuma Mega Event. While attending the Yuma Mega Event our ticket # was the very last # called and we walked away with our very own "Yuma Micro" container to now be shared with those visiting the White Mountains. Unlike other micro caches this "micro" will be loaded with goodies and plenty of room for trackables.
The cache is located just off the Blue Ridge Trail located along BIlly Creek. For those of you wanting to avoid the hike there is access to the forest at the end of Stephens Drive (see additional waypoint for parking to this point of entry). As mentioned, this is not your typical "micro" so there will be multiple containers for travel bugs, geo coins, trade items and log book and lots of fun stuff for the kids. Fairly easy walk/hike to the cache. Cache container should be accessible during winter months but you will have to walk through some snow to get to it.
