This is a rather sneakily hidden cache, though stealth is required AT ALL TIMES, particularly if you dare to find it during working hours. Though given the location of the cache, acting stealthily should be easy, whilst your 'browsing'.

Plenty of parking available on the roadside, particularly in the evenings - day's can be a bit of a nightmare for parking at times.
