Overlook for a couple of water retainage ponds. (One brand new, and doesn't have water in it yet) Cache is a bottle, about a liter or so in size.
I discovered this pond on google earth, but didn't realize that they were constructing another right next to it and this one wasn't quite complete yet, so this changed my intended cache placement a bit. You will need to leave the road and go about 115 feet into the grassy area next to the road. The cache site afford a great overview of the ponds. Cache should be easy to find.
