We would like to welcome anyone and everyone to our biggest and best celebration to date. We are heading back to Brevard Counties Premier Park...Wickham Park located in Melbourne, FL. This event will once again be a weekend of fun and excitement. We have changed the weekend from the 4th of July weekend to June 21st in hopes more people will be able to attend.
This year we will be having a Friday night event, Saturday event, Saturday night event and a Sunday CITO. We are very excited about this year's lineup. Sticking with tradition we will have imtomcat doing the emceeing, Dudeswithjeeps along with PSJkids will once again be cooking up some meat and we are having Safari Todd back as well. Safari Todd will be bringing some Alligators, snakes and other critters for people to learn about, touch and hold. We have also brought in caching team Seastar255/YMG to assist in hosting the Friday night event and Sunday morning CITO event as well as a few other things that you will have to attend to see.
9:00 am - Event registration begins. We ask that you sign the log book so we can get a good count on how many attend the event. Pay for your meal if you have not done so in advance (you are not required to purchase a meal, you are welcome to head out of the park to one of many nearby places if you choose) and pick up your goodie bag if you purchased any swag in advance.
10:00 am until 4:00 pm - Safari Todd will entertain
1:00 pm - Lunch will be served
2:00. pm - The raffle will start. We promise to make the raffle short, with only a few big prizes to be given away, including a full kayak setup.
5:00 pm - The event will wind down, giving you a couple of hours before the night event starts. .
If you are reading this cache page you will see that we are charging for the meal again this year. The cost of providing a meal for over 300 people has pushed us in this direction. You will not need to bring anything for the meal so that money you would have spent on something to bring will easily pay for the $5.00 meal. You will not be disappointed in what you get for that price either. If you would like something other than water you are welcome to bring any non-alcoholic drinks.
