9th Annual Thousandaires BBQ Event Cache

Thousandaires BBQ and Snoop's Birthday Party 10:00 AM till around 4 or 5. Saturday August 24, 2013, at Freeport Beach in North East.

 Best parking is: N 42° 14.423 W 079° 49.919 This is a BBQ for all geocachers and geocacher wannabes. It's in honor of all the cachers who made it to 1000 finds so far this year. There are a lot of you out there. Drop in for a few minutes or stay the whole day. All are welcome. As is the custom with NWPA Events, there is no charge to attend but donations won't be refused. Bring your travel bugs to drop off or trade. Bring your swimming suits. We don't expect to be eating until 12 or 1 PM. Please bring a covered dish if you are local. There is a charcoal grill near the pavillion. Paper plates and plastic ware will be provided. Post what you will bring so we don't get a lot of repeats. Bathrooms are available. The outside shower may still work also.  No alcohol in sight rule.   NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.  THEY CAN BE OUTSIDE THE FENCE.
