Bonnet Bay Bash – series
I have placed a series of 10 caches around the shores of Bonnet Bay and Woronora which can be visited by canoe or, with the exception of one or two, by foot. Either way, the paddle or stroll is designed to take you to an area that I love and to provide a great way to get some exercise and enjoy nature for a few hours. No puzzles or pesky nano/micros here. Just straight-forward finds and paddling/waddling pleasure. Enjoy!
Situated at the start of the bushy strip between the river and the park that the locals imaginatively call “The Boat ramp Park”. Another little hide to find on your way by foot or water along the river. A park & grab really.
Just because this part of the river has some deep holes and regular burley from fishermen cleaning their catches does not make this a good fishing spot. Anyway, all fishermen are liars.
The Council has cordoned off part of the shore to protect the vegetation. I doubt it will keep the fishermen out but, being responsible Geocachers, the cache has been relocated to a new home. See the new coords. Congratulations to the odlids for a quick FTF and slight repositioning of the cache to remain drier.
