This cache can be a 1 or a 5. Depending on what time of day you decide to approach it. The cache is located in a park. The container is a 100 yen store container.
The cache contains a log and that is all. So, BYOP, and use ultra stealth. The cache was placed when no one was a around; however, a flash mob appeared as we were leaving. Happy Hunting.
