A regular traditional Cache hidden on the Jebel Shams 'Rim Walk' in Oman.
It is on the W6 trek found in the series of walks in the Explorer Oman Trekking walking guides.
It is about two thirds into the walk (approx 2.5km).
If you carry on the walk will take you to the abandoned village of As Sab - which is certainly worth seeking out.
The cache is in a regular sized plastic box, and was left with a log book and a few coins.
There is parking at the village on the start of the walk and a good opportunity to purchase souvenirs from the local villagers.
There are local resorts available for those wanting to stay overnight.
