The cache is located a few feet from the street on flat terrain. The area can be busy and stealth may be needed at times. It is not wheelchair accessible unless you can stand up.
After a geocaching injury 2 years ago, one of us spent quite a bit of time at the building west of the cache. The views from the exam rooms are amazing and led us to think the area needed a cache. This should not be a difficult cache, but it is very tiny. You will need your own writing tool and tweezers. We placed this cache to help everyone working on the 31 Days of Geocaching Challenge.
